Everkin began in our own living room, watching our daughter tackle her first milestones with a fierce sense of independence. Like many toddlers, she didn’t want to be held back—she wanted to explore the world on her own terms. As parents, we found ourselves constantly running and walking after her, hunched over to catch her falls, which quickly led to significant, daily back strain.

We realized that while she was ready to find her footing, the "parent hunch" shouldn't be the price of supporting her.

We set out to build a solution that respected both her drive for autonomy and our own physical well-being. We spent many months testing and refining what would eventually become the Everkin Step.

The breakthrough wasn't just in the ergonomics for us, but in the confidence it gave her. With the Step, we could finally support her journey while watching her beam with pride, feeling like she was walking all by herself.
